At Amira Diamonds, we subject each of our products to rigorous standards of quality. Each piece is manufactured in our facilities using only the most premium materials and methods of craftsmanship. We carefully inspect each item to ensure that it meets our strict criterion before shipping it to you.
We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we selland warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We will repair and maintain your jewelry for a lifetime.
All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services
In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation*. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we’ll replace or repair the item at no cost to you. If Brilliance determines that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product at cost. Brilliance cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. (Please note we do not replace damaged, lost or missing diamonds and gems from rings or settings.)

- The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair.
- We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification,
abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals. - We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
